I know. I have been there and done that. I spent tens of thousands on more courses on how to ask questions. Heck, I even wrote sales scripts and studied the marketing greats. My own sales career dropped right down to the bottom of the barrel despite me “knowing” the way to do it. I was able to easily spot and assess where people were at and the issues they were having. I even got hired to design and create a whole sales team and all the pieces. Still did not work

What we believe about ourselves is reflected in our actions, habits, and daily choices. These choices guide us each day, shaping our relationships and spiritual life. Shaping the very outcomes we also say we do not want or that we do want.
We tend to also do things out of a false story as to why we want to do them or need to. So, much of are life is shoving everything we feel into a dark corner and sedating against it. Most humans walking around have layers and layers of stories, unrelized intentions, and counter purposes, stuck energy and broken promises. Instead of actually integrating these things we bury them and layer new ideas on top of it. This only works short term, before we are right back where we started. Same problems.
After experiencing significant setbacks, financial difficulties, and failed relationships, I finally rediscovered and stopped lying to myself about what I really wanted. Where I had fallen into my own traps of sedation. Once, I got to this truth, I was able to actually pivot.
I decided to confront the truth about myself, which led me to take bold, decisive action in a new direction.
As a result, my life began to transform rapidly. Things began to align in ways that I did not even see before. Ideas and dreams I had once had started to come back into reality. I ended a relationship that was going nowhere and my PURPOSE came back full force.
I realized I don't truly want to sell other people's programs. I was merely seeking quick cash and wasn't invested in their offerings. My passion and true power had been relegated to the back burner. The skills and knowledge I had spent most of my life mastering were put aside because of self-doubt and fear of sharing them with the world. A huge case of if I just get more info I will be able to do it.
What truly excites me is being a conduit, a guide who assists and coaches others into discovering their divinity and power, all while having a lot of fun. That's my passion. Once I tapped back into this. Everything started to unfold.

Many sales trainers and marketing experts merely pay lip service to personal development by offering generic advice—maintain a morning routine, get enough sleep, exercise, or meditate.

Yep, been there done that. Even those skills all though they start pointing us in the right direction are often misused as another way to sit on the surface and again not get to the root.
It's vital to recognize that learning objection handling and communication techniques is valuable, and I'm not disputing that. It's important to acquire these skills, and there are certainly gifted instructors whom I'd gladly recommend.
Yet, I aim to confront the fundamental issue: until you start to unleash your full self into the world in every aspect of life, stop lying to yourself, you won't realize your full potential or reach your utmost capabilities.
Often trainers either lack bandwidth or expertise; sometimes, it's simply easier to sell repackaged methods as "revolutionary" tools—tools that might be freely available—and promise substantial improvements. After a short-lived boost, you find yourself unemployed.
